This children’s residential provider is looking for a experienced leader for their 2 bed EBD home in Farnham.  They are looking for someone hands on, who understands the legislations and the quality standards, is keen to progress and has strong communication and leadership skills. You’ll be supported in the role by a full time RI and strong management team.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading in a children’s residential home as a team leader or deputy manager (at least 2yrs)
  • Passionate, driven and child first, with great communication skills
  • Level 3 qualification in children’s residential (essential)
  • Able to work 40 hours a week. 1 Admin day a week with Early – 7:30am- 3pm Late – 2pm-11pm Long day – 7:30am-11pm
