Experienced with supervisions and confident in safeguarding and Ofsted, you will be a Team Leader ready to step up or an existing DM looking for their next challenge.

Experienced with supervisions and confident in safeguarding and Ofsted, you will be a Team Leader ready to step up or an existing DM looking for their next challenge.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a team leader or deputy manager within a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
  • Full UK driving licence – Essential
  • Strong understanding of regulations and safeguarding
  • Experience in an EBD children’s residential home
  • Keen to learn and progress
  • Experience working as a team leader or deputy manager within a children’s residential care setting (essential)
