Requirements:

  • Experience as a TL or Deputy Manager in a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • Leadership skills
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Excellent safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
  • Driver – essential
