We are looking for an Deputy Manager to bring their knowledge and passion to a children’s home in East Ham. This established provider is looking for a strong leader who can demonstrate strong safeguarding knowledge. This role is a Home Manager role with a clear progression path to Registered Manager so they are looking for an experienced Deputy who is keen to progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience as Deputy Manager in a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • Leadership skills
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willing to complete)
  • Excellent safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
  • Driver (essential)
  • Experience as Deputy Manager in a children’s residential care setting (essential)
