An established provider with an Ofsted ‘good’ rated home in Solihull is seeking an experienced children’s residential professional to take on the role of Deputy manager in their EBD home. Keen to progress and develop staff, they are seeking someone with experience of EBD and challenging behaviour within a residential setting, either  Team leader looking to step up or an existing DM looking for a new challenge.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in EBD and challenging behaviour within residential settings
  • Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments that promote children’s development and well-being.
