Requirements:

  • Experience working within a children’s residential care setting as Team Leader or Deputy Manager
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Robust safeguarding knowledge
  • Leadership skills
  • Driver (essential)
  • Able to do 10hr shifts on a rota to begin with before moving to more of a 9-5 role
