The service focuses on helping children develop emotional resilience, confidence, independence, and positive life skills while preparing them, where appropriate, to transition successfully into foster care or back to their families. Their approach combines trauma-informed practice, education support, therapeutic interventions, and meaningful activities to promote long-term stability and positive outcomes.
