We are looking for a registered manager to lead 2 established homes in Harrow. This is an established provider with a full time RI and additional consultants for support in this role. They are looking for an experienced RM who holds a registration and can bring their passion and sector knowledge. An exciting opportunity for someone wanting a new challenge and to build a fantastic home for children.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home – holds a URN
  • Holds a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert

About the Employer

A specialist children’s residential care provider offers short- and long-term care for young people aged 7–18 with social, emotional and behavioural needs. The service provides small, family-style homes with a strong focus on personalised care, positive relationships, safeguarding and helping young people develop independence and life skills. Alongside residential care, the provider also offers alternative education and semi-independent support for older young people, helping them build confidence, improve their wellbeing and prepare for adulthood through structured, individualised support.
