We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new service in Newcastle. This is for a well established provider with a strong focus on professional development, regular supervision, training opportunities and internal progression, the organisation encourages high standards of care, safeguarding excellence and innovative practice. Staff are supported to make a meaningful difference to the lives of vulnerable young people while contributing to a service that values empathy, trust, accountability and continuous improvement. They are looking for a strong leader to bring passion and dedication to the role with experience of EBD and LD homes.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a children’s residential home – essential
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willing to achieve)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience opening a new home (desired)
