We’re looking for an experienced Registered manager to open a new 3 bed home in Birmingham for an established children’s residential provider. They are looking for someone with at least 2yrs management experience in an EBD home, passionate, keen and a strong leader.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a children’s residential home – essential
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willing to achieve)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience opening a new home (desired)
