We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager (or aspiring Registered Manager) to take on an exciting new challenge – leading the launch and ongoing management of a brand-new children’s residential home in Walsall (with the possibility of becoming dual registered in the future).

This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to help shape the identity, culture, and success of a new 3-bed provision from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in embedding best practice, ensuring compliance, and creating nurturing, stable homes where children can thrive.

You will be supported throughout the Ofsted registration process and will have the full backing of a committed senior leadership team who share your passion for delivering outstanding care.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a children’s residential home as  DM or RM – essential
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or in progress)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience opening a new home (desirable)
