W are looking for a registered manager to lead a new 3 bed EBD home in New Malden. This is an established provider who is expanding. They are looking for an experienced RM or a Deputy ready to step up and can bring their passion and sector knowledge to creating a new homes. Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home either as an RM or a Deputy Manager
  • Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert
