W are looking for a registered manager to lead a new 2 bed home in Lewisham.  They are looking for an experienced RM or a Deputy ready to step up and can bring their enthusiasm and sector knowledge to making a difference in children’s lives. This role has a potential to progress to a Dual Registered opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home either as an RM or a Deputy Manager with at least 2yrs experience
  • Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert
