Requirements:

  • At least 2yrs experience in a children’s residential home, 1yr in a management position
  • Commutable to Bourne End
  • Passionate, driven manager who can lead a team in a therapeutic care environment
  • Level 3 qualification in children’s residential
  • Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
