Requirements:
- At least 2yrs experience in a children’s residential home, 1yr in a management position
- Commutable to Bourne End
- Passionate, driven manager who can lead a team in a therapeutic care environment
- Level 3 qualification in children’s residential
- Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
