They are looking for a strong leader who is keen to progress to a dual registration and can bring passion and dedication to the home along with a strong understanding and experience of Ofsted inspections.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing a children’s residential home as a Deputy for 2yrs or as an RM – essential
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willing to achieve)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Driver – essential
