Job Description

An established provider in Milton Keynes is looking for a Registered Manager to lead their EBD home. Open to a deputy stepping up or an experienced manager, they are looking for a passionate, dedicated person to lead the team in providing therapeutic care to children and young people.

Requirements:

  • At least 2yrs experience in a children’s residential home, 1yr in a management position
  • Experience managing within an Ofsted ‘Good’ rated home
  • Passionate, driven manager who can lead a team in a therapeutic care environment
  • Level 3 qualification in children’s residential
  • Level 5 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
