We’re looking for a strong leader to be a Registered Manager in Standford-Le-Hope.

This is an established provider in the children’s care sector with a strong commitment to investing in the home, quality training, and the right team. They are looking for a strong RM to guide the vision, lead the home for children and young people with Learning Disabilites, and develop junior staff to progress, They have a full time responsible individual and therapist to support.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home either as an RM or a Deputy Manager with at least 2yrs experience
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to undertake)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing, child first environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert
