We’re looking for a strong leader to be a Registered Manager in Canterbury. There is strong senior support in this role and progression opportunities to dual registration and RI in the future.

This is a company established in the care sector with a strong commitment to investing in the home, quality training, and the right team. They are looking for a strong RM to guide the vision, lead the home, and develop junior staff to in a truly child first environment—someone who wants to make a real difference and share their ethos and looking to pay up to £80,000 for the right person.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home either as an RM or a Deputy Manager with at least 2yrs experience
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to undertake)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing, child first environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert
