Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home either as an RM or a Deputy Manager with at least 2yrs experience
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert
  • Full UK Driving Licence
