This is an established provider, committed to investing in their homes and the right team. They are looking for a strong leader to oversee their LD homes and register new homes where applicable. There is a strong senior management team in place for excellent support. They need someone who holds a URN and has demonstratable experience of opening new homes. They are looking to pay up to £85,000 for the right person.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home service
  • Hold a URN
  • Demonstratable experience in opening new homes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing, child first environments that promote children’s development and well-being
