We’re looking for a strong leader to be a Registered Manager in Reading for a 4 bed EBD home.

This is a new provider in the children’s care sector with a strong commitment to investing in their new home, quality training, and the right team.  They are looking for an experienced manager to support their home and there is excellent support in the form of a full time RI.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home as a Registered Manager
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to undertake)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing, child first environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Proven experience leading a children's home as a Registered Manager
