We’re looking for a strong leader to be a Registered Manager in Maidstone for a new EBD and LD home.

An established provider is opening a new home and looking for an experienced manager to lead with a strong style and positive attitude. They need someone confident with Ofsted regulations and great communication skills. Excellent support from a full time RI.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home as a Registered Manager holding a URN
  • Confident in setting up new homes
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to undertake)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing, child first environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert
