We’re looking for a strong leader to be a Registered Manager in Sittingbourne for a 3 bed EBD home with an established provider.

They are looking for an experienced manager to lead with a strong leadership style and hands on approach. They need someone confident with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding, child focused with LD experience who is hands on. There is a full time RI for support in this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home as a Registered Manager  or Deputy Manager
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to undertake)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing, child first environments that promote children’s development and well-being
  • Safeguarding expert
  • Full UK Driving licence (essential)
