Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a children’s home
  • Holds a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care, or equivalent qualification.
  • Full, valid driving licence (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to support and guide staff.
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing environments that promote children’s development and well-being.
