A nurturing and child-focused short breaks residential care provider committed to making a real difference in the lives of young people is looking for a Residential Support Worker. Their children’s home in Stowmarket provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children and young people with Learning Disabilities.

They are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Support Worker to join their team and provide high-quality care, guidance, and stability for the children in the home.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in residential care
  • A caring, non-judgmental, and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A full driving licence
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
