We are seeking child focused support workers to join a children’s home based in Gillingham, Kent. They are looking for someone who is passionate about the role and keen to develop. This is within a 4 bed EBD home where they need someone hands on and who understands safeguarding.

Requirements:

  • At least 1yr experience working within a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare, or equivalent (essential)
  • Driver (essential)
  • Able to work 12hr shifts, at least 3 per week.
