Requirements:

  • 1yr+ experience working within a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Driver (essential)
  • Able to work varied shifts across 24hr rota

The service provides safe, calm and nurturing homes designed to offer stability, consistency and positive relationships, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care, safeguarding and child development. Young people receive personalised support around their emotional, social and practical needs, including care planning, positive behaviour support, education, meaningful activities and development of life skills, with the aim of building confidence, resilience and greater independence.
