A specialist children’s residential care provider supporting young males aged 12–17 who have experienced childhood trauma and present with complex emotional, psychological and behavioural difficulties, including sexual development difficulties and harmful sexual behaviour. The service provides a highly integrated approach combining residential care, specialist education, therapy and aftercare, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding, risk management, therapeutic relationships and positive behaviour change. Young people receive individualised programmes designed to develop healthier relationships, pro-social behaviours, emotional resilience, interpersonal skills, education and greater independence, with structured support for their transition into adulthood.
