A specialist residential service supports children and young people aged 3–19 with complex physical disabilities, medical, communication and sensory needs, often alongside learning difficulties. The service provides fully accessible, home-from-home accommodation with 24-hour care and nursing support, alongside access to specialist therapies including physiotherapy, speech and language therapy and occupational therapy. Its person-centred approach focuses on communication, mobility, independence, emotional wellbeing and life-skills development, with education and activities integrated into everyday care to help each young person achieve their individual goals and reach their full potential.
