We are seeking a children’s residential support worker to join a children’s home based in Walsall. They are looking for someone child focused, fun and committed who has great communication and is good at record keeping.

Requirements:

  • 1yr+ experience working within a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards)
  • Robust safeguarding knowledge
  • Able to work the rota – 2 on 4 off, 7-7 or 8-8 with 1 sleep in per week
  • Kind, patient and understanding
  • Driver (essential)
