This established children’s residential provider is looking for a highly experienced manager to take on the role of Responsible Individual for 3 homes across Essex. Either an RM to step up, or an established RI who is looking for a new company with a positive work environment. They need someone with experience of Learning Disabilities as well as EBD homes.

Requirements:

 
  • Experience leading a children’s residential home
  • Passionate, driven leader with great communication skills
  • Level 5 qualification (preferred)
  • Experience with Learning Disabilities
