Job Description

A respected care organisation is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join their team supporting children and young people with additional and complex needs. They are looking for an experienced support worker to provide a safe and supportive environment for children with LD.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in residential care
  • A caring, non-judgmental, and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • A full UK driving licence (essential due to location and duties)
  • Ability to work 8am-6pm 4 days a week, including weekends
