We are seeking a children’s residential team leader to join an EBD children’s home based in Harlow, Essex. They are looking for an experienced support worker who understands safeguarding and supervisions, has a fun personality and is looking to grow with a provider. Requirements:

  • 1yr+ experience working within a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Robust safeguarding knowledge
  • Leadership skills
