We are seeking a children’s residential team leader to join an LD children’s home based in  North Chailey. They are looking for a strong leader who is hands on, understands supervisions and is looking to grow with a provider. Requirements:

  • 1yr+ experience working within a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Robust safeguarding knowledge
  • Leadership skills
  • Driver (preferred)
