We are seeking a children’s residential team leader to join an established provider opening a new 6 bed children’s home based in Walsall. They are looking for an experienced support worker who understands safeguarding, supervisions and Ofsted regulations. They need someone with strong leadership skills and communication who understands trauma informed care.

Requirements:

  • 1yr+ experience working within a children’s residential care setting (essential)
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (essential)
  • Robust safeguarding knowledge
  • Leadership skills
  • Able to work 2 on 4 off rota with 1 sleep in per week
